Im new to the city, also new to exploring my artistic side. I went in today looking for some supplies for some new projects. When I asked for help a girl (hate I can't remember her name) was extremely helpful. She did not only help me get everything I needed, but also taught me more about things I didn't know related to my project. She went above and beyond, made me feel helped and it came so natural to her. Amazing experience.

I love the workers here, but have stopped coming to this location because of management. The workers are usually so kind and helpful, and it's wonderful to learn about their art practices, but after seeing how managers like Carlos speak to them and customers I just do not feel comfortable in this space anymore. I would rather commute longer so that I am not supporting his behavior: not enforcing masks, not assisting during rushes, inappropriate attitude, and yelling at workers.

Walked in and right away I was asked if I needed some help which I did . the young lady was very helpful in finding me everything that I was looking for. Wish I can give 6 stars for the exceptional customer service that I received there.

So I had decided to get my daughter a set of copic ciao marker for Christmas. If you don't know about copic markers they are the industry standard for artists. My daughter is a true artist. So I did my research and they aren't in alot of places. They are hard to find physically. You can order them online if you want too but you never really know what your getting if you do. So I came across blick art materials in Chicago. Found they had the 72 set I wanted and decided to go to the store to see if they had them in stock. Online it said they were. So I went and immediately I was greeted by an awesome employee who was interested in helping me. I told her what I was looking for and she took me right there and showed me what they had I was so please. They had everything I was looking for. You guys are great. I'm thankful you sell these markers and all the stuff for the refills and things like that. Again I had a great expieremce and will continue shopping there forever. Thanks guys!
