I dropped off 4 of my husbands diplomas/awards here for his birthday as a surprise. They turned out incredible & he loves them. The team brought my vision to life, & helped me pull off the surprise. I couldnt have had a better experience!

Framebridge ruined all three of my paintings that I hand delivered to the store. Dropped solvents/water on both 32 inch paintings in various places. Also took the liberty to do some patchwork embroidery on another one. They will bounce you from person to person as there is no one to actually speak with and get a resolution. They just framed over the damage and shipped it to me (in packaging far too big for the painting to be held securely). If you have items that are family heirlooms, have sentimental value...you're taking a big risk trusting them like I did. Their resolution will be to offer a $300 dollar check as it's their company policy with no accountability or explanation to why and how this happened.
