Worst ever place to live. They lose a package and when you start to complain put a sign that states they are not responsible (a thousand dollars package!). Whatever you will see on tour is a lie. Do not get me started on outrageous electric bills (because of dated and noisy heaters) and severe problems with electricity (I get a small electroshock whenever I touch a light-switch). The pool is not working, the amenities are constantly filthy (as you will guess they are happily undergoing renovation). Corridors with filthy, stained carpets are stinky as well as their trash chutes, I have only seen them vacuuming these nasty carpets once over the last 7 months. Even the ceiling in my apartment is covered with filth they just painted over. Upon move in my dishwasher was rusty and fridge was leakingthe general manager said its fine. Avoid at all costs. Management is frugal and cheap.

Worst place ive ever lived. The management is beyond rude and doesnt care a bit about their residents. They just mistreat you every time you need to reach them. Amenities are not what they show in the pictures and if you live here for a year you can only enjoy them for a couple of months cause they close them all the time. My advice: go live anywhere else.

Dirtiest building I have ever lived in. Absolutely disgusting, roaches in the stairs, messiest hallways, and lobby area always smells like used mop water. The amenities are in shambles, the grills never work, and are never cleaned, the pool has so much filth in it, it's not even clear. And I swear they haven't disinfected a surface or vacuumed once, in the nearly 10 months I have lived here. Management is unresponsive, and slow to solve issues if any, to the point I'm going to have to get a lawyer involved. And they want to convert half the building to the lamest hotel in the city, and add more traffic and confusion, to our already overcrowded underwhelming small, lobby spaces. THE LAUNDRY ROOM: Don't even get me started. Absolutely disgusting, clothes will come out smelling funky, and dirtier then when they went in, clothes are stolen, and management claims they aren't responsible, for the only way to do laundry offered. And imagine having to pay for it, because they are too cheap, to get and maintain their own machines. NO in unit laundry, so its the only place to do it, and its hardly working, or available.

If I could give it 0/5 stars I would. Too many issues to type out. Better off living anywhere else, not exaggerating. Amenities never working, neither are security or management. Only good people are the maintenance workers. Avoid Axis completely!
