        Parking system is down and can't get ahold of anyone to let us out. Currently have 30-40 cars trapped in the garage.

        The parking lot itself is fine. However, dont bother buying parking ahead of time through their website; the machine wont read the QR code from your phone correctly. Then, when you call customer service, they will act like theyre doing you a favor by putting the gate up. (Even though youve already paid!)
