They follow you around and promote the products an employee told us if you buy a tumbler it comes with a martini shaker. She lied. Don't go here they barely have any custom chicago stuff. It's just a flagship marketing store with lying employees and bad attitudes.

Awful customer service. Misprinted item and when contacted for return, closes the chat on you before resolution. Do not buy from their website

Got to the store 4 minutes before they closed for the day purchased a lunch bag right quick I knew what I wanted. I'll have to stop again to thoroughly check out the store with better time before they close that's for sure.
