This is the worst retail store ever. I was completely ignored by 4 employees . A worker was playing a video game on his phone in front of me. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before an employee engaged me. I will probably by the recovery shoes, but not from the store.

Stopped in to get a pair of shoes as the brand is great. However, the same can not be said of the staff. We asked about sizes and the worker simply told us they didnt have that size and to go online. When we asked if they carried that size in any of the styles he looked absolutely annoyed and simply told us no. He wouldnt even go check for us. Being there was an inconvenience to him and he wanted nothing to do with us. It was like he just wanted us gone as quickly as possible. Im annoyed I paid $30 for parking downtown to have a 5 minute experience that was terrible and resulted in no shoes. We ended up going to another local shoe store (Alamo in Andersonville) and not only did find the size we needed they found several options of Hoka shoes to try. Amazing given they arent even a stand alone Hoka store. I will NEVER go to the downtown location again and continue to support my local store from now on.
