Family Eye Physicians

This was the first visit for my wife and me. We had a great experience. The doctor and staff were very thorough. One suggestion is to provide a take home sheet that provides a summary of our visit and any follow-up instructions. We find this to be helpful from other physicians that we deal with.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I was calling this office for 3 days straight at all sorts of times just to try and schedule an appointment. Nobody ever answered. I had to go into the office in order to make an appointment for an eye exam. How pathetic. Fast forward to my appointment which was today at 2:30pm. I show up at 2:15 and witness at least 20 people in the waiting room. I asked if all of these people were waiting to be seen and the ladies response was oh yeah its gonna be a loooonnngggg wait. Excuse me? I have an appointment at 2:30 why do I have to wait several hours to be seen? Apparently thats just the way it is and this is how their facility operates. I wasted my time calling, going there to schedule an appt, showing up to my appt, only to walk out. Very unprofessional, rude establishment. What a JOKE. Dont waste your time.
