Love. This. Place. Exceptional customer service and FANTASTIC selection of frames! I am thrilled with the (2) pairs of prescription eyeglasses I purchased this year. This place is dunking all over the optical service game! I called and in 3 seconds they already knew who I was, what I wanted and had it in my file that I was choosing between two types of daily contacts. The flow of communication is next level. The service is sharp, professional and friendly. If your vision is gettin' dim, come to CustomEyes for the win!

Connor was great help today. I am terribly indecisive when buying glasses but he made the process super easy and gave lots of recommendations. I dont live in the city anymore but I still trek out here for their excellent customer service!

I called to set up an appointment here and the receptionist was rude, condescending, and gave me incorrect insurance information which resulted in me getting charged for something that would have been covered if not for his incompetence. Overall horrible experience, very unwelcoming and unfriendly environment

I had my eyes checked by Dr. Kevin after work on a Friday two weeks ago.Ashley Checked me in quickly and greeted me with a smile. In less than five minutes I was in front of the doctor and they performed all the exams and tests expeditiously. When it was time to get glasses I was helped by Joseph. He definitely took the attention and care was finding the best frames for my face shape which Ive always struggled with in the past. He went the extra mile by tracking down a pair frames that were at a different location and made sure that I would have the perfect class is going into the fall season. The staff and the doctor at this location are fantastic and I would recommend them highly to anyone!
