I needed a space downtown and found this office on Dearborn was just what I was looking for after looking a many spaces. I really like the coworking idea and it feels like its going to work out for me, thanks to Bill and those guys for helping me get into the space quickly. I recommend it to pretty much anyone who is a professional and needs a nice office, views, shared kitchen and meeting area and some private space for yourself.

The owner asked me to comment on my experience with renting this office space couple months ago, yeah, its been very cool, coworking is really amazing, sharing a common space, while also having a private space really works for me, and the price is what I like alot about it also. I would recommend it in general, but also, this space, really is fresh and new and that is a winning combo for me.

Our move to Signature Offices has been absolutely perfect thus far. After sifting through a number of shared office spaces in the past, it was a breath of fresh air to move into a space that offered the hospitality & turn key features we were searching for. The space emits class and exuberance while offering flexible lease terms, competitive pricing, location convenience, with an ambiance designed for the modern day professional. Each office is fully furnished and provides the necessary office amenities a company needs to stay highly efficient throughout the day; including free printing, copy, fax, and a high-level receptionist. As a promotion we were even offered a great package lease term with move-in incentives, but our team has no plans on leaving anytime soon, and look forward to making 33 N Dearborn a permanent location for years to come. If you are a growing company seeking flexible, inexpensive, all encompassing office space in the city, I would highly recommend looking into this facility. It is an A-1 location & setup w/ unrivaled customer service. Do yourself a favor and check them out, you wont be disappointed!
