        Have had multiple family members in the facility through the years. In the past year, professionalism has improved tremendously. I appreciate the nurses, staff and security as we all try to adjust to a new normal post Covid. Thank you for your kindness and service. Extra thanks to floor nurse manager, Ms. Charisse on the 2nd Floor.
