First let's start with the fact that the residents pay a large portion of their monthly income to stay here but the condition could be better like the fact that at least half of the residents there are in wheelchair but the facility does not have wheelchair assessable doors they have to pull each other thru the doorsthey don't even have a door man to at least hold the door open for residents, the rooms on the second floor are double up rooms and if your in a wheelchair that's hard on you and your roommate considering there is such little space to maneuver also room are halfed cleaned the bathrooms and hallways always smells is these important areas really cleaned with sanitizing solution are toilet and sinks really washed out not to mention that some of the staff is very rude

My mother was here for a few months. & all I can say is THANK GOD SHE IS HOME! The unnecessary attitudes of the facility are just that UNNECESSARY. My mother was on the 3rd unit, one thing I can say is the nurse up there was stern and seem to have the floor running ok. But when you run into questions that need to be answered by other staff is where things fall out of line. I was directed to the Social Service Director by a activity aide and she was by far the worst, her attitude, her sarcastic tone. it was like I was bothering her for asking questions she came off with a well just take her home type attitude. It was very unwelcoming to say the least. I hope this facility can get it together soon. No one deserves to be treated that way about their family.
