Carlton At the Lake

Carlton is a very nice place. If I need something they give it to me right away. The staff take their time explaining things to me and made me feel comfortable. The part I really like is they are very attentive. The nurses are great. The place is nice and clean. I recommend Carlton 100 percent.

My friend has been at The Carlton for some 10 yrs now , ever since Joanne has taken over as administrator she has assembled a top notch staff that cares about all the patients , if your loved ones need to be in a nursing home , The Carlton is the place to be , because they really take care of the patients and alot of the staff go the extra mile for the patients , I cannot Express enough how grateful and thankful I am for Joanne and her staff and for all they do !!!

I have been at Carlton since June 2023. The staff is caring, helpful, and personable. I want to give a special shout out to the CNAs, Kim, Anne, and Shannon. Sabrina and Antonisha are amazing as well. I am a people person and love interacting with all staff. The activities are fun and keep us active, in the body and mind. Social services are very helpful. Basically, all the management team take time to listen and make Carlton a great place for long term stays. I am very happy to be here for long term care, and my family is happy with the services. Thank you Carlton!!

I love this place and the staff that's here. I've been in 4 different nursing homes and in each one spent I've spent less than a year. But at Carlton I've stayed the longest because of care I've received from the loving people. I've come a long way. I am on the vent unit and I've learned so much and I've learned how to be more patient with the staff I've worked with. I want a special shout out to Regina Neal. If it wasn't for her she went above and beyond not just as a CNA but as a close friend and companion. She was the most patient person working with my behaviors and frustrations given my new health conditions. Rachel and Donna from the respiratory team are amazing. They are very caring and tentative to my respiratory needs. They taught me how to keep my anxiety down when I get nervous about my ventilator. When I got here I wasn't able to talk, eat, or move my arms and legs and I am able to do some of those things now. Thank you Carlton for everything you've done from the bottom of my heart
