DO NOT purchase via their online store. All they do is dropship from China, none of the items listed on their shop are their own. Just buy from amazon or temu or aliexpress. By the way, if a company offers an explicit no return/no refund policy, it's because their products are bad. They do not even know what they're selling. Buyer beware

Although this wasn't the cheapest quote I've gotten upon calling other repair shops, I still decided to go with Modify because of their reviews. Sure enough I was not disappointed. They are extremely accommodating and definitely understanding while also being very educated and precise when it came down to the actual repair. I brought in my MacBook for a new screen, apple was charging me $1299.99 compared to the $449.99 that modify quoted me. They informed me that they had to order the part but that I could keep my laptop meanwhile. I prepaid, and sure enough 3 days later the part arrived! The repair only took an hour once I brought my computer in and it looks as good as new. Will definitely be coming here for all my needs.

I have a 5 star review below, but I have to update it. Less than a day after I was there, my screen went totally black. I had to go in there again to get it fixed. They had to order another screen. Jasmine was able to temporarily fix my screen while I waited for the new screen to come in, but it did not work properly. It would freeze up consistently. I came in again to get the screen replaced. I couldn't even leave the store that time because it would not get out of airplane or safe mode. So, she put the old screen back on that freezes. She offered to order a third screen that would take 2 weeks. Because they are trying to rectify the problem, I am not giving them a 1 rating. But, I would caution anyone trying to repair a phone. This was the first time I attempted it and I was not aware that it is a big risk - basically it may or may not work. I basically swapped 1 issue out for another so I am going to have to buy a new phone. So, I am out the money spent on the repair and the time and aggravation of the past week. So, if your phone breaks and you don't want to take that risk, just get a new phone. 5 star review: I have never cracked my phone in the decade I have had a smart phone and didn't know what to do. I was lucky to have found Modify My Device. I googled places near me and saw it had good reviews. I took a leap of faith leaving my phone with for a stranger, but it seemed legitimate. Very easy to get an appointment - Jasmine even took me early. It is pricey, but I'm sure that's the price everywhere. She did not try to oversell me, but rather offered a cheaper option if I would wait a week. She offered to do a free check of my phone to see if there were any other issues with it. She didn't find any issues and this could have been an area for her to try to sell me something I didn't need. She even thought to charge it for me. And, she said this should increase the life of my phone so that's a plus. It's less than 24 hours since my phone cracked and it feels like I have a brand new phone. I couldn't be happier with how easy this was. If your phone breaks, go see Jasmine

Been doing business with Modify for over a year now, my employees tend to have issues with their devices from time to time and Modify always takes care of us. In a timely manner and with high quality parts. I've taken multiple MacBooks and iPhones and have not received no complaint issues yet.
