How can it be that hard to get a 2 person order correct? Made 3 orders from here in 6 months, 2 were badly wrong. First one had everything basically wrong. Today, ordered a steak burrito with extra steak and got no steak at all on the burrito. No protein at all. You're falling badly 2 out of 3 times. Making tacos, burritos, and bowls is easy and remedial and this store can't seem to get it right.

Located across from Union Station this is a great option for quick bite. Their service is good and friendly. As per the law they will check for vaccination proof.

Ordered their new plant based chorizo for delivery, and was instead given chicken. As a vegan, this is unacceptable. I called and asked for them to correct the order, and they said they couldn't deliver it since it was delivered by a third party, even though it was ordered through the Chipotle app. Went through the app and the most they were able to give me is a free entree for my next order. The other person I ordered with said the food tasted off and wasn't the quality you'd come to expect at other Chipotle locations.

Great food!!!! Great service management needs to make sure all employees are working and not on their phones during the rush. Employees should take the phone call off the line!!! No tik toks where customers can see you
