Honestly my favorite chipotle! Food is always super fresh no matter what time of the day it is. The manager is always very friendly and attentive! Quick, efficient and adequate customer service. Did I mention how good the food is !!

Never got to try the food they just let me stand there and ignored me while they made other stuff. There was no one else in line and other employees looking on and also not doing anything.

My first experience was in other chipotle and it was so bad.. The staff was so rude and unprofessional. I wasn't sure I wanted to go again.
Then I tried this one as it is not far away from my work.. the staff was so friendly and efficient !! It took less than 3 minutes to have my food ready. And it was delicious !
I recommend 100% !!

The best part about the whole experience was the speed of service. I had to park on Michigan Ave to get an order. I used my hazards bur was not totally convinced I could get in and our without a ticket or even an atempted towing. When I say I placed and received my order within 3 minutes! That's exactly what happened. THAT INCLUDES THE 1 1/2 MINUTES I TOOK TO USE THE REST ROOM! Great service, friendly servers and an excellent meal.

Chicken cut super small and was dry! Not prepared like the Other local chipotles
