the nurse practitioner was amazing, but the dark skin bald woman is extremely condescending, I was about to pull out my phone record her because I couldn't believe she was talking to me like that. I ignored the ladies in the front cursing, and hearing all of their business, but I couldn't ignore the bald woman. the extra star is solely for the kind nurse practitioner.

Terrible service I had to come back twice because they didn’t verify my insurance now they tell me the doctor not in so now I can’t see a doctor. Just close down this planned parenthood on 11250. Wish I can give Negative stars cause they are terrible

Greetings. I had an appointment scheduled for today and it was cancelled due to me stepping out to notify my supervisor about the change in schedule/lack of staff/back-up to patients/inconvenience, PPH LAST MINUTE notified me about. PPH DON/RN specifically stated that their will be up to an (1) hour wait time so common courtesy and common sense was for me to notify my supervisor about the possible change in my shift time. After my phone was able to charge and process the phone call to my supervisor I returned immediately just to be turned away for a service requiring no more than 35 minutes with vitals and a regularly routine health check-up/review; precision, efficient pacing, and customer service first. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30 AM, I arrived at 10:20 AM, returned from the car at 10:42 AM. Make it make sense if I still had (2) women, observed, that’s was still awaiting before me. Why couldn’t I be seen? As indicated, this facility is located in the heart of Roseland where health is a crisis, but I guess people are still turned away from something so minor and fixable. Not one inch of consideration given to even attempt to still see me. Not once did they call; they lied stating that they did when my iOS watch was and still is completely charge and eligible to always receive incoming calls even if my cellular device was turned off or out of juice. 1200 N LaSalle location would never. Moral of the story, customer service first. The job is to consider the person as a WHOLE.
