Rush University

Rush hospital is terrible now. The good doctors have retired or are leaving due to Rush’s policies. The doctors make you wait and then when they do see you they are done with you within ten minutes. They don’t listen and often misdiagnose you because of the lack of knowledge. I do not go here often. The services at Rush has made ame angry because you are charged and not even given proper care. I have been in dermatology and primary care and it’s like wam bam thank you sir or ma’am. Definitely not the same anymore. Wish it was another hospital closer to me. Rush is terrible

Wish I could give them 10 🌟. I’ve been going to RUSH either location since 2017! It’s always been highly equipped with the MOST professional, throughout, compassionate DRs & nurses to ever grace the field of medicine. The MyChart app keeps you up to date & organized on all your past & future appointments. Super easy to navigate & refer to your medical records as well. Thank you so much Rush !

The lady working in the front desk with glasses tonight at intake in the E.R room is very rude please provide her with more training as she needs to have more compassion when it comes to a patient. If I bring my brother in with a back injury & I explain to you that he had a previous vertebra fracture you should of never turn to look at him and ask him if he can speak for him self. You should of said thank you for that important peace of information we will note that because you don't know the stent of his injury & your answer was so rude and unnecessary. She obviously needs more training specially if I am talking to her with respect. My concerns towards my family members matter and the way she disregarded my concerns we're horrible her facial expressions are unnecessary. We went there to look for help and not for someone to make us feel like we where bothering. Pleas provide more training because she obviously needs to learn the simple way to make some one feel care for. I don't think I was asking for to much.
