Howard Brown Health 63rd St.

I regret choosing this facility for my prenatal care. My doctor is amazing but the other staff I’ve encountered are incompetent. I’ve complained with no follow up. I went in for labs, gave urine and was told that I didn’t need to give blood. I had to come back the next day because the nurse was wrong. I’ve also been waiting 3 weeks for my results. I was told a week ago that my results were in but my doctor had to sign them. I followed up yesterday and was told an urgent message would be sent to the nurses and that i’d receive a call back the same day. I called today and was informed that the message was sent but not marked urgent.

I am soooo impressed by Howard browns 63rd st medical team Renae My Nurse & Kiwana The phlebotomist were absolutely amazing Renae was able to educate me on everything from women’s heath to primary and kiwana found that vein so fast got the blood out and me out in record breaking time..... I am so grateful I met you ladies today.... Thank You Howard Brown

I am thankful for the services Howard Brown provides, although usually very slow, but I absolutely shouldn't have to face microaggressions like being misgendered (and thus outed in front of other people) or being told to "stay safe" just because I am a trans woman. That is NOT okay and very unprofessional.

Went here for my first dental appointment today. The staff was friendly, and everything ran like clockwork. X-Rays were thorough and they seemed to actually enjoy being there. Looking forward to continuing in their care!

Can’t make an appointment because no one picks up the phone. The hotline won’t give you the direct number to the office but every time they transfer you the line rings forever until it hangs up.
