Very unprofessional and disrespectful. The front desk assistant Hispanic with a bun and blonde hair asks information in a very horrible way. Simply RATCHET.

Wouldn't do PAP smear on me in 2020 because of my age and normal PAP in 2019. THIS IS ALL DESPITE MY INSURANCE COVERING IT. They said that it wasn't their protocol. I asked calmly, "Can you please just do it?" They would not. Guess what? I found an OB-GYN who would do it, and my results in 2021 are ABNORMAL. Thank you very much, now we don't know how long they have been abnormal for--1 year? Almost 2? Good for the basics like basic STI checks (but they only do the bare minimum), birth control orders, HPV vaccine

Believe it or not in my dozen plus times at Planned Parenthood I have not once received an abortion (I am not against them, just trying to make a point for people so strongly thinking PP is an "abortion factory", which is so wrong) but I did receive the kind of care and kindness I have never received at any other clinic. I have survived a lot of trauma, and briefly after leaving a domestic violence relationship I had come to this clinic. The staff were so kind and helped me through every test, offered to hold my hand, let me squeeze it when I started panicking or getting anxious. At PP I had gotten so many pregnancy tests, STD testing, cervical cancer testing, pap smears, treatment for PID, UTIs, and all the things that were wrong in those categories. I had 2 IUDs implanted at PP which has prevented pregnancy for me. The 2nd IUD I got was at this location, and I was full on panicked since it was only a few weeks after leaving my insane abuser. They had 2 nurses let me squeeze their hands, the doctor had narrated every single step of the procedure, let me know what I'd feel and where, didn't move her hand a centimeter without telling me where it was going to be. The reassurance and kindness of every doctor, nurse, receptionist, or employee at PP is what makes it magical. So to all the protestors, go home. We need a safe space where women can cry from their trauma while being treated for it at the same time. And thank you to all PP locations I have been to for making procedures I would never get anywhere else safe with you. Everything about PP is kind, safe, and helpful. I hope all the PP staff at all locations forever maintain the kindness, bravery, and 100 percent excellent care for each person who enters. I have all my trust and all my belief in PP helping many more people like me, and I hope they stay around until the world stops turning. Thank you Planned Parenthood for giving me my life back.
