Not good customer service ! We had really expensive bunk bed and had a problem I need to pay to fix it. I wont return this store ever not recommended !

We had very specific needs and a very tight budget. We were very happy we stumbled upon Rooms4Kids as we walked out with the perfect loft bed! We walked in and were greeted by a very personable and cheerful, Kyle. He was filled with information, and not too pushy like most furniture store employees. He's great with kids too! The furniture displays are solidly put together so children can climb and explore all of the different models. The furniture itself is solid - by far sturdier than competitors that we looked at. Delivery was exceptional - the drivers were friendly, quick and cleaned up after themselves. We would definitely recommend this store and will be back for our second child's new room!

This is a local family-owned business that makes high quality products. Not only do they have better quality products than you can buy online or at a big box store. On top of that, you can feel good about spending your money with this family. It's so rare to have customer service with such high quality. It has been such a pleasant surprise to work with both Brad and Kyle. We will be back in the future when we need more items! Updating my review: So we initially bought a bed that had been returned by another customer; Kyle and Brad gave us a discounted price. But when they had another buyer for the bed, they decided to give us a brand new bed for the discounted price. We are so happy with the bed, but also just with the experience as a whole and being able to support a family owned business.

So Im not even going to bother going in the store. I called and was told I would be sent to sales , I waited and I know personally , Im impatient and hung up. They proceed to call me twice and when I answer the second time , I hear someone say yeah and she said shes cool with waiting. Never did I say that and personally, I did not like that at all. Ive worked phones / sales / front desk for 5 years. Very unprofessional. At least finish your conversation before answering or calling me back.
