They dont have a day pass or drop-in option. They dont have a weekly pass either. They only have a free first class option. Im writing this to save someone else from having to have the guy on the phone be super rude and somewhat condescending to what are imminently reasonable questions. So if you are on leave visiting family/friends or visiting the city for any this place will not be available to get in some training.

I have been a member of Aiki for three years now, and even though I haven't been able to train as much as before recently, it isn't even a second thought for me to hold onto my membership! If you're looking to better yourself, learn some self defense, get in shape, or simply challenge yourself, then you have to check out this gym with their well structured classes that are suitable to all different martial arts backgrounds/fitness levels. All of the instructors at Aiki are very experienced and take teaching the art very seriously, they emphasize teaching the Muay Thai the Thai way, so you can be assured your experience won't be watered down. Another thing I love about Aiki is that from Day one, I felt welcomed and comfortable in the space, when I was beginner. Everybody here from the coaches to the members is very respectful and friendly, and it's always a very pleasant experience to come in and train and socialize with the community. I could write a lot about my experience at Aiki, but I'll just leave it at saying that it was one of the best decisions I made coming out of the pandemic and added some much needed structure and challenge to my life. If you are looking to learn Muay Thai or any martial art, you won't be disappointed by coming here.

My experience with the instructors, the instruction, and students at Aiki Muay Thai has been a formative and pivotal influence in my personal development and health/fitness journey. At age 30, I reached a critical juncture in my life. Unsure of my capabilities, I yearned for an outlet to build my confidence and a means to find discipline. I despised the formula were forced to accept that life was only a 9 to 5 job and living for the weekend. On top of all that, I was obese. I reached out to Aiki in July of 2021 and took my trial class. Ive been entrenched in the world of muay thai ever since and have lost over 70+ pounds. Muay Thai is an ocean of possibilities that leaves you humbled, grateful, and self assured. If youre looking for a means to reform, renew, and recalibrate your life, become a practitioner of muay thai and join Aiki. The coaches here are dedicated to your success and will steer you with the right information to scale your development. Success doesnt come overnight only through hard work, determination, commitment, self belief, and positivity. Each class at Aiki is a testament to those values. Aiki is evolving and contributing to the legacy of Muay Thai in America. Aikis coaches are professional, highly skilled, knowledgeable and proficient in communicating both the tradition of Muay Thai and its technique. This gym has, and will continue to, produce quality fighters. If youre interested in competing this is an excellent gym to learn from and become a member of. In short, Aiki Training Hall is a classroom for physical training/development. Muay Thai gives back as much as you put in. If you see this as exercise then its a hell of an hour workout. But, for those who yearn for something more deeper/profound youll become addicted to the possibilities of what YOU can become.

TLDR: Aiki is arguably the best martial arts gym at which Ive trained; if youre interested in learning authentic Muay Thai - this is one of the best gyms in the country. Rick, Dario, Sherwin, and Adam have years of experience coaching people across varying skill levels - from complete beginners to high caliber athletes - and always exemplify patience, hard work, and diligence. Ive been training here for 13 months now, lost 20+ lbs, and had the pleasure of training with One Championship fighters, complete beginners, and everyone in between. Furthermore, they go above and beyond to prep anyone interested in scrimmaging/fighting competitively, and even send students to train at the legendary Sangtiennoi gym in Thailand! The instructors have deep knowledge of Thai culture, and uphold traditional training modalities. Classes are conducted with a no-nonsense attitude, but the environment is still fun, controlled & safe. The community here is also phenomenal, and I have made several new friends; everyone is respectful, supportive, and eager to learn. If youre even slightly curious about Muay Thai, do yourself a favor and schedule a trial class. 10/10 would recommend.
