Great place to your work out on. It is a little small, but you almost never have to wait for a machine, and they have their own parking lot directly across the street. I really like the fact that if you need to cancel your membership you don't have to write a letter and wait forever. The people at the front desk are very friendly and helpful and the place is always clean. The single day pass is only $10, so go check it out Right now!

I used to train there under the main Martial arts instructor Andre Madiz MMA and Carlson Gracie Jui-jitsu team but we're moving our team to another location but it's still a good gym to learn boxing and yoga Olympic lifting there are some amazing physical trainers there as well top notch nutrition information from all over what ever your trying to achieve they will get you to that level and beyond it's a good workout facility. Everyone is friendly the owner John welcome me with open arms and I didn't turn back I love this place going to miss it... its definitely a family gym. But will definitely still got to the wrestling classes..
