I went to Windy City Diamonds to pick out an engagement ring without knowing anything about the ring-buying process. The staff, especially Shiri K. in my case, was extremely helpful from beginning to end. Everything was explained in great yet easy to understand detail, my preferences were taken into consideration every step of the way, and I never felt uncomfortable despite jewelry/rings being a very foreign world to me. I never felt rushed or pressured into any decisions; it really felt like the staff and I were working together to come out with the best possible ring. The experience was so good that I ended up going back to Windy City Diamonds for wedding bands a year later, which ended up being just as positive of an experience!
