Very welcoming I was greeted right when I walked in even though they were busy. They offered me a drink of water or coffee while I was waiting and browsing there amazing watch selection. Once I spoke to a salesman he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and also informed me on new things I didnt even know. Like the new Blaken customization that can be applied to watches. Very interesting! Im a dog trainer and I had told them. Didnt know they allow dogs there and are super dog friendly. I will definitely be back and will tell my friends and family. Might even bring my dog next time!

I walked in with my mother today because I was referred to this place by the Versace store for a simple fix of my Versace watch, so that it wouldn't have to be sent in to Versace. The young lady who greeted me at the door was very polite and was wanting to help, but before she could even finish talking, the guy starts yelling before he even knows what we were talking about saying they couldn't fix it. The young lady who greeted us insisted that someone there could and he just said "no!" And had such a look of dismissal on his face. It was so blatantly disrespectful that the lady who worked at the door apologized and my mom was in tears because she was so upset. Mind you, I am a doctor from St. Louis, who was also shopping for a particular Rolex, but couldn't even get in the door because of what was obviously the color of my skin. I was in shock and have never, ever been treated this terribly in my life. I am a business owner myself and would never make an accusation of this magnitude lightly. If you are a person of color, or a person who stands with people of color, do not support this business. We were in Chicago celebrating my mother's birthday and this single experience almost derailed the entire weekend. I'm still disgusted that things like this occur in this day.

Igor and team here are first class , highly recommended, especially if your looking for an Hublot , blancpain or bovet as they are one of the few reputable retailers in the area that Carry these brands .

Love this place. I always feel comfortable going in their store and look at their beautiful selection. Looking into getting a Hublot watch as a birthday gift for myself. Staff are knowleadgeable, professional and good people.
