He came the very next day, along with his son and installed it in one day. Quality work, well informed, couldnt be happier!

We had a great experience with Marshall Heating & Air Conditioning . The employee took time to look at the problem and noticed that the issue was that one of the dampers was slightly closed. He showed me what to do if it happened again and didn't charge me for anything besides the fee to come out.

Marshall Heating & Air Conditioning was able to send one of their staff members out on a weekend, which I really appreciated. The worker called and said he'd be there in about an hour and a half. It was exactly an hour and a half when he arrived. He explained everything step-by-step and did not leave until I was 100% satisfied. His customer service was terrific. Thank you so much Teddy.
