Holiday Inn Chicago – Midway Airport S, an IHG Hotel

It wasnt a bad place to stay. But did have to pay to park at hotel. That wasnt included in the hotel rate or mention on the booking.

Its an older hotel that has updated the rooms. They are modern and have the comforts you enjoy at the holiday inn. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place. If youre using the airport shuttle service. I would caution that you pay attention to the shuttles as there is a Holiday Inn express very close by (less than 5 min apart) and they use different shuttle services. If you happen to get wrong hotel you either have to go back to airport to get correct shuttle or take Uber to other hotel

The women are nice, the rooms are nice but, The Hispanic guy that cleans in the morning, will give this place a bad rep, he tells certain people that are guest not to walk in certain areas, so he wont have to reclean. LIKE SIR THATS WHAT U GET PAID TO DO! CLEAN THE LOBBY! He cant tell customers where to walk! And where not to walk!! He wouldnt have a job if it werent for people like me! I cant express how wonderful and experience it was to work with Beth and Shayyna From the Holiday Inn and suites hotel! Not only did they treat me with dignity and respect, but they treated me like family. They were funny, caring, and they made it an experience to remember. Cant thank you all enough! - Chris

For the price I am impressed with how the rooms look. However, the towels weren't clean and the parking situation is chaotic. Also the temperature in the rooms is impossible to control.
