Renaissance Chicago O'Hare Suites Hotel

Highly recommend not staying here. Reserve the room through Park, sleep, fly and reserve the king room. Upon arriving, they told us that we had booked a double bedroom. After a few minutes of going back and forth with the guy at the desk, I pulled out the reservation confirmation and showed him the details and email. He then disappeared for about twenty minutes and came back and said that he would give us the king room we reserved and paid for. The fun didn't stop there. To chicago, we called for a pickup shuttle From the airport. We were told it would be about twenty minutes and to go to arrivals at 2e. After going up several escalators across the bridge down several more escalators. Taking the train over to terminal 2 from terminal one baggage claim and then another set of escalators. We waited for thirty minutes. At this point, we called the hotel back and asked if they were picking us up or what the ETA would be The guy from the hotel told me he told us the wrong spot and the driver was now on his way back and it would be at least another twenty to thirty minutes before he could get back over to pick us up. Additionally, we would have to make our way across the airport to a different location to get picked up. We ended up just taking an uber.

$35 for parkingin the suburbs! Just rent a large SUV and sleep in that!

$35 nightly parking fee and no breakfast included. Only two employees at the desk = long lines. You can find better.
