Good place, nice hotel, good facilities, good rooms, however it is the hotel where I have received the worst treatment in all of history, adding the fact that even when I asked for it they never came to clean my room, they did not bring towels and they never paid attention to my demands about basic needs.

During my recent stay at the magnificent historic Hyatt Hotel in Chicago, I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Mireya, an incredibly talented and personable bartender. Mireya's exceptional service and charismatic personality significantly enhanced my experience, making my visit truly unforgettable.
Mireya's passion for her craft and dedication to providing outstanding customer service were evident in every interaction. She went above and beyond to ensure that my time at the bar was enjoyable and relaxing. Her attention to detail was on point.
In addition to her professional excellence, Mireya's friendly and approachable demeanor made her stand out. She has the rare ability to connect with guests on a personal level, making everyone feel valued and appreciated. Her positive energy and enthusiasm were contagious, contributing to a vibrant and inviting atmosphere.
Overall, Mireya is an asset to the Hyatt hotel in Chicago. Her exceptional skills as a bartender, combined with her outstanding customer service, make her a vital part of the hotel's success.
