An amazing stay with an affordable price. Location was perfect, loved having the Trader Joes on the next corner. Gustavo at the front desk was superb. Gave me a great corner room with fantastic views of the city and partial Lake Michigan. Would definitely stay again when I revisit Chicago in the summer.

Really nice hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Has a nice view. Everyone was really nice. Location is amazing!

This hotel ONLY has rooms on floors 23-30 and nothing lower. For people like me who can't handle extreme heights it would have been nice to know this before I booked the room but this information was not available anywhere on the website. Obviously for some people this may be considered a perk if you like high places/views.
Overall it's tough to rate because I did not use the room much or stay overnight. The staff and service were great. The rooms were nice and had regular amenities and included a microwave.
It should be noted the Hilton also operates the Homewood Suites in the same building which operates rooms on floors 9-22, which I would have been able to handle better.
The valet service was expensive and a little slow but still worth it for us since we planned to walk everywhere for our stay.

Nearby activities: Lots to do within walking distance and close to public transportation
Safety: I felt safe
Walkability: Very walkable area
