25 bucks later, I got 3 new keys with option to save the profile should I be totally screwed. I like it.

Keys showed up late multiple days after they were supposed to however they work so 4 stars I guess.

The kiosk said that the sharp points on most keys is not necessary, but it made both a smoother copy and an almost exact replica with pointy parts. Both worked just fine.
