They come outside my apartment at 5 am make so much noise. They stayed outside one time for 15 mins flinging garbage cans. Ive called the city several times and will continue to call because they are violating the noise ordinance. Very unprofessional and very loud. They wake me up once a week and Im not happy about it

We've been using Diamond for several months. They have been extremely professional in critical healthcare facilities. Their professional tracking services set the industry standard. They're flexibility and responsiveness are great. I look forward to years of continued business.

Very rude and condescending individuals! Philip E. was sassy and spoke to us very unprofessionally. Right off the back he started yelling at me and wouldn't let me get a word out. He refused to put me on the phone with someone else given that the conversation wasn't going anywhere, and hung up on us several times. He even proceeded to give me the address of the business, so I could show up and "fight." He was taunting me, very dismissive, and disrespectful to say the least. I mean unprofessional doesn't even begin to cover it. I am going to report this business to BBB. Lakeshore Recycling or The Floor Brothers are your best bet if you need a waste service. They have no respect for their clients. I am deeply disappointed and in complete shock by how this was handled.
