Wonderful staff who will 100% ask for photos of your pets and answer any/all questions you have about couches. Will legit buy from them cause they're that cool. Also the couches are nice, too.

Was thrilled to go into a physical store to actually try out the couches before committing. The store has a great airy layout and lots of things to see, touch, and lay on. The staff was very helpful in helping me place an order that would align with my moving dates. Looking forward to getting my delivery in a few weeks!

Burrow Chicago -- excellent customer service, super friendly, helpful, just wonderful, We worked with Emily and all the sales reps were great. We were in from Seattle and they also helped us order online and made the process smooth and successful.

Tldr; their claims of using pet resistant materials are over-exaggerated. Dont waste your money. Less than a year ago, I moved into a bigger home with my two 8lb cats. I knew I wanted a small loveseat couch as extra seating in my living room. After months of research I settled on the Nomad couchdue to claims of the material being more durable and pet resistant than others. When the couch first arrived, my cats immediately took interest in it, but did not attempt to scratch the material for some time. I regularly clip my cats claws to prevent damage to furniture. However, I started to notice loose threads here and there as time went on - nothing serious until yesterday. After stepping out of my living room for a few minutes, I came back to a completely torn couch corner with both the material and some foam missing. This was less than 1 year from purchase. For comparison, my article couch, purchased 6 years ago, has been scratched and attacked relentlessly without ever tearing. Patching up the burrow couch yesterday, it became very clear to me that the materials used are woven far too loosely and have little to no resistance. Furthermore, the looseness of the threads make it hard to sew back together securely. Now, since the warranty doesn't cover pet damage, I'm stuck with an expensive couch and constantly worrying about it falling apart or just getting rid of it entirely. Customer support continued to back their claims of "pet-resistant" when I contacted them, but I've never seen any upholstered item get destroyed so easily like this. I'm extremely disappointed that Burrow would ever make such far-fetched claims regarding the materials used and will definitely not be making any further purchases.
