Herman Miller Showroom for Trade Clients

We were planning to get new furnitures for our home office and already knew what we gonna get. We decided to visit the showroom because we were dining in the West Loop and I'm so glad we did it! Ben Childers helped us to place the order and because it was a long wait for my order but every time I email Ben he responses promptly and being super polite. He even helped out with my Design Within Reach online order! It was a great time working with Ben and I just can't say enough good things about Ben. Now we know we will visit the showroom or reach out to him directly for the future orders.

I loved this showroom and the people working here. Everyone was very helpful and not pushy at all. I liked that I didn't have to make an appointment to visit. I was in the market for an office chair and they had all of their flagship models out for demo. I tried them all and was was not rushed at all. The staff was very knowledgeable about product options, lead times, and current promotions.
