        Manners matter if you are a manager. My experience with the company was disastrous. I bought a new Samsung 18 cu ft refrigerator and they sent me a used one, the ice maker never worked. I had to wait 2 months for a replacement that never came and the only option they gave me was to buy a bigger 27 cu ft one that paid double. I went to Sam's Club and got the same refrigerator for $1,583.00. So I took my business elsewhere. Thank you Oscar, for displaying your excellent skills as a manager. Thanks to you I saved $3,200.00.
