Very professional flooring inspection provided by Chicagoland Flooring certified inspector. My oak floors cupped significantly and builder was not helping really; their answers to our questions were very vague. The flooring inspector who came was very thorough and made a lot of tests using special tools during the visit. The certified flooring report was very helpful to understand flooring issues and causes so I could pursue further with the builder to solve our flooring problems. Very good floor inspection service. After initial email exchanges they promptly provided me with firm quote options and then we setup an appointment for final review. During the visit the industry certified technician went through all of the details about sanding process of old, vintage floors and even helped me pick the color for the floor, highlighting the positives and negatives of the different stain and finish choices. Our vintage floors turned out really nice revealing hidden beauty after many years of neglect. A few damaged board repairs blended really nicely.
