She updates you and keeps you informed on the progress of what is happening with your new investments that she working on for you. She is on- time for her appointments with you. Very professional. Returns her phone calls and emails in a timely fashion. Can't say enough about her. If you're looking to invest your money, Carla is your person and Thrivent is your Company!!
