All of my food was hot and fast! Employees and manager had good attitudes and gave me what I asked for extra sauce .. bathroom...thanks 5/14/22 6:47pm

Hands down the worst fast food experience I've ever had.
First off, had no tenders ready to go and said it would be ten minutes. Not a deal breaker, but not great. The chicken sandwich I got had old stale bread and a soggy/chewy chicken patty. Pretty much inedible.
On top of that, one of the crew members was walking around the kitchen spraying down the place with a garden hose. Seems pretty out of the ordinary to me.
Last off, I asked twice for sauces yet received zero sauces. Some top tier folks working here.
The only reason I'd ever go back here is to stand outside holding my middle finger in the air.

Every time I go after work around 10pm theres always a problem. I understand only certain things are available at that time, Im still going to get chicken Ill switch it up not a big deal.
There is always this one guy & lady always having attitude. Im always missing something that I ask for whether it be fries, straw, barbecue sauce that I ordered its always something. they do not repeat the order back to me at the speaker which maybe they should start doing instead of having an attitude when i say that i am missing something. I get it, its late you want to go home but if your going to have attitude at a place where all you deal with is customers then maybe you have the wrong job. I do not have these individuals name because I never get a receipt with my stuff maybe theres a reason behind that. I didnt wanna come off as harsh but I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt ( maybe they had a bad day) and Im always disappointed with the service because it happens continuously.

This is a solid Popeye's.
They've never been shady or rude and my order is always right. The chicken is usually fresh and the drive thru line is usually reasonable.
Importantly, they have never served me chicken with feathers still in it, which unfortunately I cannot say about every Popeyes in the city. Feather-free fried chicken: the thing you've probably taken for granted all your life, available at this Popeyes location.
Anyway, when you're getting off the interstate at California/Diversey, and that Popeyes is calling your name, just go ahead and get some chicken. Life is short.
