Visited this location on May 12,2022. I plan on discussing my dissatisfaction with the Corporate Office. It's disheartening to see that this Popeye's which is in a good location where there are a lot of people in the neighborhood in walking distance and you don't get treated with respect and the top quality of food that Popeyes promotes. Prices are too high overall everywhere and receiving poorly cooked/spoiled food along with rude, uncaring service is NOT acceptable.

Worst location on the planet. Employees are not professional, place is dirty, and my food looked like it was cooked on the floor. One of the Employees was smoking weed in the drive-thru window and stated it was legal. I threw my food away that cost me $18.

Very slow, employees are playing and goofing around instead of working. I did an online order to pick up through the drive threw and after I waited in the drive thru for over 10 mins she says I need to go inside. I place the order 30 mins before I picked it up and still not ready.

Soi went into the store waited 30 mins almost for a 3pc gender & 2 can dine. On my drive I noticed they gave me NO SIDES so I return to get them. Get home & this chicken is SO HARD it will break your teeth. Not only that gave me half of the side. Then tells me to bring it back on the other side of town or there's NOTHING they can do for me. Wish I could give 0 or negative stars because that's what they deserve. So ANGRY right now. The manager was ghetto & RUDE over the phone. She KNOWS she gave me burnt chicken because she boxed it up.. You should take pride in what you do. I would NEVER give someone something I wouldn't accept myself..
