Booked on ZocDoc and maybe thats my problem. They have four offices spread out over 2 floors. My appt. says suite 1720 so thats where I go, rerouted to suite 1700, told I dont have an appointment its probably on the other floor, I go, go into the primary care office, wrong spot, again, they tell me to go back up, so I do. Get told by the same girl to go to the other suite, which is finally where my appt is. I was initially running late by no more ten minutes, and as I write this it is 35 minutes past my appt time. Absolutely ridiculous, please update the zocdoc address.

Has not been the same since Niby left. Dr Miller was fine but she also is gone now too (not sure if indefinite). Jocelyn recommended me to another specialized doctors office for women in the city and they were downright terrible. Im out on MAPC. Been going for 9 years and this was the final straw.

So bad. So, so bad. When my primary care doctor quit and left town, no one notified me. I found out the next time I tried to make an appointment with her. The transition to the next doctor was anything but seamless. No follow-up after exams and physicals. Terrible communication between front desk staff and doctors. The front desk staff are truly the worst part about this place. Incompetent, rude, and clearly confused about policies and procedures. My last blood test results were apparently abnormal in one aspect, BUT NO ONE NOTIFIED ME. I only found out accidentally, when I went in for something else. Doctor number three looked at my chart and declared that her office had been over medicating me. OOPS! I could go on but honestly I'm so exhausted by these monkeys, they're not worth another word. Trust me - pick ANY other place for your healthcare needs.

This place is grossly incompetent when it comes to billing insurance. Do NOT come here if you need lab work done. I have federal employee health insurance, so I have a Cadillac insurance policy. My policy has never denied anything in my entire life.until I went to this place even though they are in network. The doctor here couldnt figure out how to get a simple iron test covered by my insurance. I was told all the blood tests I needed (4 in total) were denied and it would be $900 out of pocket??? I left and went to another practice the next day. The other practice got the tests covered no issue. I paid $0 oop. And as it turns out, my iron is extremely low so the tests were definitely medically necessary. I need treatment for it. This practice shouldnt be in business. Theyre completely incompetent. Looking at the comments, this happens to a lot of people. Edit to add: The doctor I saw here was Mona Clor. Do not recommend.

I had an issue with billing, tried calling various numbers given to me countless times to get in touch with the billing department, with no luck. Months later after being 90 days past due I get a call that didnt ring so no change to answer, and a message from the general office number which always sends me to the billing department again. Would not recommend if you want any help at all with adjusting an incorrect, extremely high bill.
