Took the day off to get a check up done and at 10:30am I was told they're not taking any more patients because there's 14 ppl signed in... mind you they said they close at 2pm!!!! This is why I'm transferring to another clinic. Cook county has better service

Waiting time can be long but you just have to sign in early to get called early.

If I could I would rate this clinic a 0 stars if I could. The service is so bad I did two treatments of chemical peeling. Spent so much money and didnt get the results I wanted. They tell you only what you want to hear and not the truth to benefit your skin. Theyll take your money and the treatment would be so bad.

Clean facility I would definitely recommend it. This is a walk in clinic. Not by appointment, but definitely quicker and cheaper than than the ER.
