On The Go Locksmith

Had an appointment for 10am today and he didn't show up! When I called and texted to inquire, no answer.

Out of all the lock smiths we called in Chicago, On The Go was able to come the quickest which was much appreciated! It took the Locksmith about 25 min for him to get here which was the estimate we got. We also got an estimate of price ahead of time and it was the same when the guy came! This was back in the summer but when he arrived, he was not wearing a mask (hopefully does now), but we were and were staying 6ft apart. He tried for about 30-45 minutes to get the front door to open with no movement and would go back and forth to get his tools so it was comforting he had them all there ready. We then moved to the back door and after another 30 minutes he was able to open! There was no damage to either door or the locks so that was great! Was able to charge with credit card right after which was also a plus. Overall he got the job done so I would recommend this company to others, especially for their wait time and accurate estimation.  Other businesses were quoting us 2-3 hours but then called 45 minutes later saying someone was ready.

Kurt tried twice to replace my entrance door knob/lock on my apartment building. Kurt couldn't do it. So, he told me to get a bigger locksmith, they  have more resources (parts). I  said ok, give me my two hundred dollar payment back, Kurt raised his voice to me. I called and texted the company three times the owner has not returned my calls.Chicago Locksmith did the job in one hour.
