Quick and reasonably priced. Good communication on pickup availability. I was able to switch my item from pickup to delivery very easily. Clothing items looked great and clean. I will definitely use their services again.

I just moved to Chicago from Florida and don't have a dry cleaner here yet. I had a place back home I was very loyal to and was skeptical when looking for a new one. This week, I was in a pinch and needed a suit dry cleaned with a quick turnaround. After calling tons of cleaners, none saying they could help, I found Orleans cleaners and he said he could get it done. He is such a nice guy and was able to turn around not just the suit, but all of my other dry cleaning really fast! It was affordable and well done. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the worst. I had a simple tear in the leg of my pants and instead of sewing the tear, they sewed through the tear making it look much worse and bunched up. Dont do hear for any alterations, theyll mess it up.

Jose here is always friendly and makes sure things are done on time and with great quality. Collars are perfectly crisp and you can tell it's completed with care and attention to detail.
