Frank's Cleaners

Ive been here a few times and think they do a good job. The bad reviews are from years ago so I think theyve had some management changes and made improvements. I plan to get some pants hemmed tomorrow here.

I gave them brand new clean ironed pants for tailoring I got them back wrinkled and dirty asked them to iron them he said it takes 1 hours for each pants to iron and $10 each just take your business elsewhere people

Nearly every time I pick up cleaning from here, something has been destroyed. Buttons on dress shirts smashed and not replaced, white residue all over black pants, holes in sweaters. Find another dry cleaner.

Thought that we would take them up on thier offer to sell masks. Keep it in the neighborhood. $10 a pop, that's fine, a little pricy for a few pieces of fabric, but we are happy to try and keep them in business. However, then I opened my wallet and the cashier saw my bills and denide my credit and said that "cash is better". When I told her that's fine, she changed her tune. I get that small businesses are hurting and I'm happy to keep them going, but really? I was going to spend $60 there and the cashier was willing to demand cash? 2 stars because the masks were actually great, but didn't appreciate the shake down.

We've been going here for 7 years because it's close to home. However, they have just destroyed my last item. In the past they have managed to melt the pull tabs off of jacket zippers, snag clothing and even completely removed a zipper tab making an extremely expensive item that was brand new, completely useless. This time, I took a top in to be cleaned that had deodorant on the arms. It came back with the bottom part of the white top stained pink! The top was quite expensive and fairly new and is now junk. Only bring things here if you really don't care about them. I am so frustrated that my total loss with them is now over $500 worth of clothing that can't be worn.
