Horrible establishment

Today, Friday February 9, 2024, I called ARM to inquire how I could supply them official court documents with a judge's signature stating as a matter of fact that I do not owe the debt they are attempting to pursue me for. Jeff was extremely rude and belligerent the entire call. He was screaming so loud that my employees halfway across my office could hear him and my phone wasn't on speaker. He became increasingly belligerent when I wanted the information to file my court documents to them. Jeff persisted on calling them heresay and refusing to give me the information to submit the court paperwork. When Jeff could t hold his weight in the conversation, he Bagan accusing me of interrupting him and screaming at him when he was the only person doing those two things. Due to the illegal activity occuring during the call, I turned on my recording device to capture everything. I informed Jeff that I was in fact recording and he went off. He started screaming that "I refuse to be recorded" even though he works at a company that records his calls and states that all calls may be recorded and monitored. Jeff and I both know why he was so outraged to be recorded. He was acting in a very unprofessional and illegal way and he doesn't want evidence existing of his behavior. If you call the company phone number, all prompts seem to go to Jeff which is pretty odd. Their website looks like 5 minute hack job. With all of my professional experience in the financial world and credit repair services, this company has scam vibes. I can't prove that they are a scam or front for some other illegal activity, but I will be doing research and using my private investigator to find out. I will be filing a written complaint along with my recorded call to the BBB. I will also be filing federal complaints to the proper regulatory and oversight agencies. I will be filing a civil suit against ARM I encourage every consumer who has been wronged by this company to do the same.
