I'm going to rid this company from my life once and for all. I had a debt, that didn't get paid because I couldn't work due to a medical disability. The lady that always answers the phone and leaves me the robotic voicemails, has a rude demeanor. I asked her questions and she answered me like I was in the wrong for asking. I had to explain to her over and over about a call I had the day before. She was the one who was clueless. Get it together. If you dont like where you work change professions.

Pleasant phone manner until they look up your case. Very robotic, "I'm sorry I can't give you legal advice over the phone." Any question that you ask, even public information that is the response. I found out about a upcoming court date by probing online. I did not receive a letter. They purposely do this so that you are in defult and rack up court fees. Seems like they pay the judge off as he ridiculously grants garnishments and allows continuance. A lady slipped up on the phone and confirmed I had a upcoming court date but placed me on hold 4 times just to "look over my account " to make sure she could tell me the date and time. I knew the information already but wanted to see if I was going to be lied to. Although I wasn't, it took her 5 minutes to give me information that was she and I both knew already! File a chapter and get rid of them once and for all!!
