Starbucks

I am not enjoying the new vibe here since the remodel. It's pretty unwelcoming. The music is so loud the staff cannot hear the customers. Twice I have ordered and "iced" latte and gotten a hot one because the order taker did not hear me say "iced." I've had to repeat myself so many times. It's a coffee place not a club!

If I lived in Chicago, this would be my favorite Starbucks to go to. The staff at this establishment was so helpful. My mom was trying to add funds to her card and the cashier explained how to do it easily. When I tried to do it in another state, they claim they don't do it that way. Kudos to the people at this starbucks! Thank you for going above and beyond.

A HUGE thank you to the wonderful barista (I didn't get his name) that helped me out the early morning of 1/8/22, around 7am. I had ordered a drink on my app and mistakingly went to the wrong Starbucks to pick it up. He made me a drink anyhow and gave me a suggestion for the drink since the holiday one I had ordered they were out of. He asked me to taste it before I left to make sure I would like it. Really made my day and I can't thank him enough for doing that!!!
