Starbucks

This Starbucks location is one of the best in the Old Town/Lincoln Park area of Chicago. It is a large space providing lots of seating and places eat and talk with people. The service is very good and the store itself is very clean. I go here often and it has never failed me. I highly recommend anyone to visit this Starbucks location.

Asked the tall black gentleman with glasses about my drink, I had been waiting for 20 minutes and had ordered an iced coffee with almond milk, something that typically looks lighter in color so I didnt even check the black looking coffees, one happened to be mine, anyways I very kindly asked about it and he found it on the counter, I said oh! Can I have some more almond milk please? He gave me it and then when he turned back around he mumbled its right there, in your face! Absolutely unnecessary, extremely rude for no reason.

In the morning I ordered a latte with 2 pumps Hazelnut on the mobile app. Not only did they not give me the hazelnut syrup, they even hung up when I called them. I have never met such a rude Starbucks employee. This disappointed me with Starbucks. I didn't even ask them to give me a refund on the phone just hope they make my coffee as I asked for next time. But she just hung up on me and it was hard for me to accept.
