According to the phone staff, they refuse to take phone calls or answer questions because they are too busy but offer long in person consultations. Wildly unprofessional tone, was scrambling and shuffling papers the entire time after sounding frantic just to answer it. Overall vibe is unfriendly, unprofessional and untrustworthy

I took care of my taxes at the very last minute like responsible all adults do, complete with missing documents, and no clue about things I should have been tracking. MDS in less than an hour organized my mess, ensured my business' finances was compliant and updated, and walked me through the new changes to the tax code. I live in Nevada and with the help of a scanner working with MDS was as if I was in the room with them. I first worked with MDS when they helped me fix my 2012 taxes and chasing down the IRS. Their services are good and better than your run of the mill tax churn. Have been using them ever since, for the last 3 years and will continue to do so.
