It was my first time having the carpet shampooed/cleaned. The owner is a professional; he is responsive, a good communicator. The team (father and son) have excellent manners. Pet friendly too. My rug has no more stains and the process was done rather quickly too. If its your first time too, I recommend vacuuming the carpet before they arrive. Also, wait to vacuum the carpet for about 6-7 hours after - to give the carpet time to dry. I recommend this business for getting the job done. Thank you Terry (and son)! I am very pleased with the service that I received. I got 6 dining room chairs cleaned. I was very surprised at the end result. My chairs looked like the did when they were first purchased. The gentlemen who came to do the work were professional and communicated well with me prior to the service. I plan to use them in the future for my upholstery cleaning needs.
