They responded promptly with a quote and performed the job efficiently on a Saturday. They even brought their water supply since the water was shut off. The scent left behind was like a mild citrus soap, not offensive or bothersome at all. I was delighted with the apartment cleaning near my service and would recommend them to anyone in need of a carpet cleaning.

Very, very happy with Your Bright Home Cleaning Services. They came to our apartment, and were friendly, punctual and had an excellent communication. Called right before they left to let us know they were on their way. Did a beautiful job on both our wool area rug, and our high pile, nylon fiber carpeting. The rug had several little spots, and all came out. Looks brand new. Couldn't be more pleased.

They did an awesome job on our carpets. We rent and the carpets were very bad, they made them look much better. They arrived on time and were very clean and efficient. They were very careful to follow COVID safety guidelines. Best Chicago cleaning services I ever received
